With this template, we hope to help you:
Track your energy throughout the week. We all have natural rhythms over the course of our days and weeks. By tracking these ups and downs for a few weeks, you’ll be able to get a better picture of when your energy regularly peaks and falls.
Understand when you’re at your most productive—and when you’re not. It’s tough to be productive when you don’t have the energy for it. Once you know when you usually have the most energy, you can make better choices about when to schedule meetings, deep work, and other energy-intensive tasks.
