Pay it Forward Agreement

At Edvo, our mission is to get 1 million people jobs, and make the job search process easier than it’s ever been.

There is no upfront cost to use Edvo.

Being accessible is very important to us. We talk to hundreds of companies and top performers within Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand what Hiring Managers are looking for, and what will get you offers from great companies. Our Fit Assessments are created with the intention of showing you what skills and behaviors are most in demand currently.

Our Commitment:

After you complete the Edvo Fit Assessment, Edvo aims to do the following for you:

  1. Tell you if employers within our network can be a strong fit for you
  2. If they are, Edvo will immediately get to work to suggest opportunities that fit your preferences
  3. Edvo will make direct email introductions for the ones you request interviews for
  4. Edvo will send you tips and insider info to help you prepare for each interview
  5. Edvo will advocate for you throughout the process

Your Commitment:

Edvo invests in you so you can find a job that makes you happy.

If you choose to accept a job offer through Edvo’s employer partner network, we ask that you pay it forward with 5% of your first year’s base salary to Edvo, paid in three equal installments over three months, with the first payment due 30 days after your start date.

You are not required to contribute to Edvo until we successfully land you a job offer that you choose to accept. If you accept a job offer from a company outside of Edvo’s employer network, you do not need to contribute anything to Edvo.

Your contribution allows Edvo to continue providing excellent support to all candidates and improving the job search process. The full and binding terms of such payment and the information you allow to the employer to share with us to secure such payment, are described under our Terms of Service.
